Hyatt House offers a bevy of freebies and it also has a solid fitness offering. While the cardio should do the trick for most, there are limited strength options. Those looking for more should check out the Bay Club ($25/day).
This Hyatt House is a full-fledged hotel within an apartment complex that shares a parking lot with Rivermark Plaza, a shopping and dining strip mall which includes familiar names like YoYo Sushi, Red Robin, Peet's, Coldstone, McDonald's, Piatti and Safeway. Access to food is obviously convenient. Guests need not look beyond the hotel for breakfast, however, as Hyatt House provides complimentary morning meals that include made-to-order omelets and Starbucks coffee.
The entire property is smoke free, pet free, and WiFi accessible (also free). All rooms boast separate sleeping and sitting areas, and many have full kitchens. Warm décor welcomes all comers and 21st technology is generously provided (e.g., flat panel TVs, Ipod docking stations, etc.).
