Eight-lane, foam-surface track that provides runners and walkers with a 400-meter workout venue. Ovals are great for interval workouts and when exact distances are important.

There are 2 yoga rooms here, one larger than the other. In terms of "facilities", there is one private shower, 2 changing rooms and 2 bathrooms. So there are not separate men's & women's locker rooms. The overall vibe is relaxing and personal. The teachers will strive to meet your needs.

A very small facility, this YMCA only should be considered by athletic-minded travelers for its indoor lap pool, and even that isn't overly impressive. The 3 lanes stretch across 25 yards, but when we toured the facility at 3pm on a weekday, all lanes were occupied.

This 165 acre county park offers beautiful rolling hills and dirt trails. It's a perfect spot for hikers and runners to log many miles on foot. Cupertino is the closest city, but the dramatic scenery is worth the drive from all parts of the Valley.

True, this high school and its pool are not located in Cupertino, but Saratoga is within a ten minute drive and athletic-minded travelers should seriously consider the trip for this stellar water box. The outdoor venue is 50 meters long, but typically set up short course.
