What do business travelers want most?

Our experience as business travelers and serving business travelers points to two other top priorities for road warriors when selecting a hotel.

1. A good workout option
2. A good night's sleep

A majority of business travelers exercise when traveling (Expedia 2008 Study), and nearly two-thirds of travelers favor a hotel with a good gym.

Just in case you needed to hear/read it once again...skip the facelift, lipo, tummy tuck, and any other extreme "outer" measures and instead stay young and healthy from the inside!

Reported all over the web today is the University of Toronto's review of 69 different studies demonstrating that adults who moderately exercise for an hour most days from middle age into old age (80s and 90s) had hearts and lungs AS HEALTHY AS THOSE LESS ACTIVE FOLKS 12 YEARS YOUNGER!

Other benefits were also cited and the evidence is crystal clear. Exercise and live longer.

Adding to our Athletic-Minded Team means more YOGA options

Early this summer we added a new team member--Becka Christian.

As a certified yoga teacher and practitioner, Becka has been significantly expanding our yoga studio content. Her objective over the next couple of months is to provide a yoga option in every city we cover. Hooray!

Additionally, because we are Athletic-Minded Traveler, we recognize that a studio needs to be "drop-in" friendly for road warriors.
